چکیده
Tooth bleaching is a common treatment for the amelioration of aesthetic discoloured teeth. In this context, there are two approaches that employ concentrated solutions (30–40 wt.%) either hydrogen peroxide or carbamide as agents. However, an ongoing debate on possible adverse effects these different treatments tooth health, such variation enamel structure, surface morphology, and chemistry, which also affect sensitivity. present work, study effect agents, 35 wt.% solution 30 peroxide, permeability morphology reported. The investigation was carried out replicas incisors obtained after times several patients, employing scanning electron microscopy to morphological features treated significance analytical corroborated by statistical analysis results. collected data suggest increases permeability, could be related with sensitivity, whereas formation precipitates enamel.

Introduction: Increase in enamel surface roughness after bleaching is one of its major side effects. The purpose of this study is to compare changes in enamel surface roughness following bleaching with home versus office bleaching agents. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, forty human sound premolar teeth were divided into 4 groups, randomly. Ten teeth were bleached using hydrog...
